Bot Status Explanations

• ORDERED
  Your subscription has been successfully created and is currently under review. This review is to ensure that we have all the details correct before we begin the training of your GPT-Bot. Once the review is complete, we will reveal the Subscription ID associated with your order and commence the training process. Please stay tuned for updates.

• TRAINING_IN_PROGRESS
  We have confirmed your payment and subscription. The GPT-Bot training process is now underway. Subscription ID should also be available on your dashboard, allowing you to link it with the trained bot. While we strive to complete training within 48 hours, complex cases may require up to 7 days.

• READY_TO_BE_IMPLEMENTED
  Your GPT-Bot has completed its training and is now ready for implementation into your website or application. For further guidance, refer to the ‘Notes’ section. We offer the option to integrate the bot into your website or applications for you, or you can choose to handle the integration yourself using provided instructions via email.

• ACTIVE
  Your GPT-Bot is now active and fully operational. It is currently being maintained to ensure optimal performance.

• OUT_OF_SERVICE
  The GPT-Bot is currently out of service due to an expired subscription. Please renew your subscription to reactivate the bot.
